We stand behind our products with a money-back guarantee. You will need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your items to arrange for an exchange or refund. Receipt of the order is determined by the UPS or USPS delivery confirmation date. After that time frame, we assume a purchased item to be in used condition, and not returnable. Contact us to get a return authorization number.
We inspect each and every item that is shipped to a customer. If within 10 days of receiving your order, you are exchanging an item for a different style, the return shipping shall be paid by you and the item should be sent back in the original packaging. We will charge or credit you for any difference in item price. You will be charged for shipping of the new item to you.
If you are returning the item for a refund, we will refund the item price only; not the shipping price. Shipping has become too expensive for us to allow for refunds of items ordered and shipped. We feel this is fair to consumers, allowing them to return a product for any reason within the time allowed.
